Salmon
- 2 salmon filets (@wildforkfoods)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (@getgraza)
- ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp teriyaki stir-fry sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp sesame oil

Seasonings:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cumin
- Paprika
High Protein Spicy Mayo
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Dash of garlic salt
Toppings & Other Ingredients
- Cucumber
- Green onions
- Avocado
- Josu's Seaweed Salt

Cauliflower Rice (Garlic & Herb):
- Cauliflower rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Season filets on both sides. Mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl, then marinate salmon while prepping toppings.
- Air-Fry: Cook at 390°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Make the Spicy Mayo: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cook the Cauliflower Rice: Sauté on the stovetop with seasonings.
- Assemble: Serve salmon over cauliflower rice, top with cucumber, avocado, green onions, and a sprinkle of Josu’s Seaweed Salt. Drizzle with spicy mayo and enjoy!
